Policy & Terms:
-- Mobile Notary Signings - $125.00
Additional $25 charged for the following services:
2nd Mortgage tag along with 1st
Signing in any foreign language (if foreign speaking notary is available)
Additional $50 charge for E-mail Docs
** Please Note: Remote areas and extreme circumstances can result in additional fees to be determined depending on the situation (This rarely happens)
-- $75 cancellation fee for appointments cancelled within 1 hour of time set
-- $125 fee for client's refusal to sign, contingent on the below policy
- If questions arise during the signing, our notary will attempt to contact the designated "Contact During Signing" person listed in that section on our form. If contact with that person cannot be made it will be considered a Refusal to Sign.
- The notary will contact Notaries To You to clear the "Refusal to Sign" before leaving the area.
-- $75 "no show" fee will be charged after our notary does the following:
- Notary arrives to find that the client is not present and immediately contacts Notaries To You to begin a 30 minute wait period. During the 30 minute wait period, the notary will attempt to contact the client. If the client cannot be contacted, the notary will then call the "Contact During Signing" number.
- The notary will contact Notaries To You after 30 minutes to get a "no show" approval.
Lender or Title Company -- omissions resulting in a follow-up visit - $75
A $75 fee is charged each time a notary visits your clients to have documents signed due to lender or title company omissions. This fee applies to five (5) or fewer pages.
All redraws will be billed the normal mobile notary signing fee of $125 plus any additional addons.
No charge for notary omissions.
If a signature stamp or initials are ommited from one or more documents in a package, our notary will remedy the problem at no additional charge. Please contact Notaries To You to report notary omissions rather than contacting the notary. By doing so we are able to monitor customer service quality.
All monies are due at closing or withing 30 days from signing, whichever occurs first. |
